MENTORSHIP

 

New team members receive guidance from experienced drivers and operations staff who understand our customers, equipment, and service expectations. You will have people available to answer questions and help you succeed.

PAID TRAINING

 

Southern Xpress provides paid training opportunities designed to help qualified drivers learn our procedures, customer requirements, equipment, and service standards while earning as they develop their skills.

ROOM TO ADVANCE

 

Dry van does not have to be the end of the road. Drivers who demonstrate safety, reliability, and strong performance may have opportunities to train for specialized food-grade tanker work as positions become available.
